Delete your Watchy account

You can request deletion of your Watchy account and its data without reinstalling the app.
Request deletion by email
Email contact@watchy-app.com with the subject “Delete my Watchy account”, preferably from the email address associated with your account. We will verify account ownership before proceeding. Never send your password or a sign-in code.
From the app
Open Profile, select “Delete my account” and confirm your choice.
Data covered
Deletion covers your account, profile, collection, wishlist, photos and documents, identification history and notification preferences. Technical cost statistics are anonymized.
Data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days after verification of the request, subject to temporary backups and retention obligations described in our privacy policy. Payment records held by Apple, Google or their providers remain subject to their own retention obligations.
Active subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. You can cancel it in your store’s subscription settings to prevent future charges. Cancellation is not required to request account deletion.
